Dr. Franklyn Elliott understands the investment that goes into cosmetic procedures, as they are not covered by insurance.  Dr. Elliott offers patient financing through Care Credit®, a credit card made for the plastic and reconstructive procedures that restore self-confidence and functionality in patients. 6, 12, 18, and 24 month payment plans are available based on your financial needs. 6 and 12 month plans remain interest-free as long as payments are made within the specified promotional period, and have no expiration date.
