A message from Dr. Franklyn Elliott:
I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring from active practice effective February 28, 2025. It has been my honor and pleasure caring for all of you.
If you would like to schedule a procedure prior to my retirement, please contact Suzanne Campbell at 404-250-3889. I will be available to perform surgeries through the month of January. Should you prefer to continue to receive care from Atlanta Plastic Surgery, Dr. Jonathan Nguyen and Dr. Michael Mirzabeigi will be available to maintain your continuity of care. Your medical records will continue to be on file at our office.
If you decide to be treated by a surgeon outside of Atlanta Plastic Surgery, I will need your authorization before I can transfer copies of your records to the new doctor you have selected. The release form is located on our website. Please fax the completed form to 404-250-3380 or contact our Atlanta office by phone at 404-256-1311.
