Breast Augmentation vs Breast Lift: Which is Right For Me?
After decades of performing cosmetic surgery procedures, I have noticed that even the most knowledgeable and prepared patients often have more treatment options than they even realized. While for years there was a public misconception that cosmetic breast surgery was just a synonym for getting breast implants, this is miles away from reality. In fact, breast lift surgery is nearly as popular today as breast augmentation is. With this in mind, I wanted to take some time today to discuss these two outstanding procedures and what they can both do to help my patients.
Both breast lift surgery and breast augmentation are among the most commonly performed cosmetic surgeries for women year in and year out. However, any patient trying to determine which cosmetic breast surgery is the best choice for their needs should understand that each of these procedures are intended to provide their own unique benefits. Although this approach may not be the correct choice for every patient, the comprehensive benefits achieved and the complementary nature of the procedures makes it incredibly helpful in many cases.
In the following video, I go into detail on breast augmentation and breast lift surgery to explain the unique benefits that both procedures can provide patients:
